From San Giorgio di Perlena vineyards.  Maturation: in stainless steel tanks. Of deep ruby red, it shows fruity notes on the nose, such as blackcurrant and blackberry. A dry and robust wine, with well-balanced tannins. Pairs with hard cheese, red meats and cold cuts.
