From San Giorgio di Perlena vineyards.  Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks. Of deep ruby red, it shows fruity and spicy notes, typical of the variety. Cherry and plums notes are present. Very well balanced. Pairs excellent with formaggio di grotta, skewers and red meats.
