From San Giorgio di Perlena vineyards. Maturation: in stainless steel tanks, 2 month contact with lees. Colour: deep straw yellow. The bouquet feels intense, floral with notes of acacia blossom. Very fragrant, with hints of exotic fruit. On the mouth is filling, of good structure, balanced, mineral and crisp. Pairs excellent with soups, fish based dishes and risotto.
